The personal data provided by submitting your curriculum vitae will be managed by MINERALES Y PRODUCTOS DERIVADOS, S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), with registered office at Avenida Algorta n° 16, Getxo (Bizkaia- Spain}, as the data controller, for the purpose of managing your participation in current and future personnel selection processes, as well as for the evaluation of your application for potential job positions within the Company.
The legal basis for processing your data is the implementation, at the request of the data subject, of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR), as well as, where applicable, your consent when you authorize us to retain your curriculum for future selection processes.
Your data will be stored for a maximum period of two (2) years from receipt or from your last update, after which they will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them for a longer period or you request their deletion beforehand.
You undertake to communicate any change or update to your personal data in order to keep the information duly updated.
The Company may contact you to verify or expand further upon the information provided in your curriculum vitae.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation or where necessary for the management of the selection processes, in which case you will be duly informed in the terms required by applicable regulations.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to the email address lopd@minersa.com or to the postal address indicated, accrediting your identity and specifying the right you wish to exercise.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es ) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection regulations.
